From September 2026, we will be expanding our existing breakfast club arrangements and introducing the Government’s new Free School Breakfast Club Programme. This will provide families with two breakfast options each morning:  

 

• a paid breakfast club operating from 7:30am to 8:40am, cost £4.00 per session 

• a free breakfast club operating from 8:10am to 8:40am.

The aim of this initiative is to give children a positive and healthy start to the school day by offering a nutritious breakfast and an opportunity to spend time with friends in a safe, welcoming environment before lessons begin. 

We understand that mornings can be busy for families, and we hope this enhanced provision will provide additional support while helping children arrive in class settled, ready to learn and prepared to make the most of their day.

The breakfast clubs will be supervised by trained members of staff, and as part of the expansion, we are increasing staffing levels to ensure the provision continues to operate successfully and meets the needs of all children.

Both Breakfast Club options must be booked through My Child at School (MCAS). Bookings will open on 24 August 2026. Please ensure that you select the correct provision when making your booking.

All bookings must be made at least two days in advance to ensure that the appropriate staffing ratios are arranged.  

 

Entry to Breakfast Club via the main gate.

• For the paid provision, the gate will be open from 7:30am to 7:35am. 

• For the free provision, the gate will be open from 8:10am to 8:15am.

Please ensure that your child arrives within these times, as the gate will be closed promptly after entry.
